I thought what about us, who use double spiral staircases?
So I went to my experimental facility and found a solution:
I made some pictures for explanation, because the Inverted Sloped Walls are such a pain. So the Square Ceilings in the fifth picture are just for construction and can be destroyed afterwards, all the others sadly not:
