Downloaded Conan Exiles and it will not start

Both
Conan Exiles and Conan Exiles - Testilive Client
nether one will start
I get an alarm
ConanSandbox.exe - System Error
Can I get help Please

Have you tried disabling bitdefender?

the alarm I get is
ConanSandbox.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because was not found.
Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
I have reinstalled this several times as Conan Exiles and as Testlive Client
Both will not run and I turned of the Bitdifender when downloading it to try that and it still did not work.
Please help me

1.ConanSandbox.exe - System Error
2.will not install properly
3.the code execution cannot proceed because was not found. Reinstalling the program my fix this Problem.
4.I have several times both Conan Exiles and Conan Exiles Testlive Client and they both fail
I even tried turning off the Bitdefender when they were downloading and installing
and sitll doses not work
Please help
