Done the dregs for the first time tonight with a couple of pals. All the water puzzles were going up and down on their own we didnt need to shoot the gongs. This was on ps4.
also is the dregs the only place to get abysal fangs

No idea about the fangs. But you get so many never really found a need for more personally.
