Since last patch I’ve only been to Sepermeru so I can’t say if this occurs in other camps/cities.
Seems to occur more consistently when I return to a spot in the city.
E.g. there will be a normal spawn upon the first encounter, then when I come back another has spawned on the same location.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Walk around Sepermeru.
