Dying while Mining

Game mode: Singleplayer
Problem: Bug
Region: Oregon USA

I’ve died while mining 4 or 5 times now (since the patch). Mining larger boulders around small lake in F9 on map. Seems when boulder debris tumbles down towards character he dies.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

Mine down hill from boulders at lake in F9.
