Dynamic Building not working

Game mode: Online private
Type of issue: Dynamic Building damage not working.
Server type: PvP
Region: America

I am currently running a dedicated server through g portal. I have Dynamic Building Damage on but it doesnt work. Not sure if you guys already know this. So i figured i better post. From what i have found a player can damage there own building but not other players.

step-by-step

  1. Turned on Dynamic Building Damage.
  2. Had other players log in.
  3. Cant damage there building but can damage my own.
  4. Thought it might be because i didnt have times set so i set times like official servers. But then anyone could damage a base no matter who was on.

If i am missing something please advise. Or if it is a known bug let me know. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

Do you also have the setting “Can Damage player structures” enabled in your server?

Yes it is enabled.

Just to discard possible causes, do you have any mods installed in your server?

No mods. Just the original game. Using the new map.
