Eat honey from radial wheel while mounted?

Anyone else have an issue eating honey from the radial wheel while mounted?

I can eat and drink from the radial wheel while mounted except for homey.

When I try to eat honey from my radial wheel it says “cannot use while mounted”

Anyone else?
A bug? By design?
Are there other foods too that don’t work from wheel while mounted?

Same with berries, an item i use very often to heal myself…
