Are the Elder Gods anywhere to be found on the Siptah map these days?

Elder things spawn in the storm, can be summoned at the pools of the grey ones, and some are found in Accursed camps.

There are no Elder Gods, but there are two Outer Gods that make an appearance, Yog-Sothoth’s avatar can be summoned, and Nyarlathotep takes several appearances as both the tentacles in Surges, as well as his avatar being the entity inside the Staff of the Triumvirate

edit: ok let me elaborate, I don’t think we’re dealing with big N here, we’re dealing with Hauter of the Dark, who is avatar of Nyarlathotep, but definitely not Nyarlathotep

the Sandstorm, which is the manifestation of the Haunter himself, remember him talking about binding and element being trapped in perpetual cycle by Petruso? end eventually by reuniting “staff” with Trapezohedron we lose it from inventory, meaning, he finally escapes both being bound to staff and his manifestation to perpetual cycle

I think you’re confusing the sand elemental with the haunter. These are two different entities. The haunter was bound to the staff by the serpent-men and given to the giant kings, the sand elemental was summoned by the priestking, and bound to the Scourgestone. Once released, petruso rebound the elemental to himself with the power of Dagon.

yes, but that what staff (Haunter) tells us and I don’t buy it,
he told priestking many things and we know he mostly lied to led Giant Kings to ruin
sandstorm is Haunter’s element and he wanted some mayhem, he also seem to hate humans so what better way then to manifest (with priestking’s help) and lay waste to human bastion led by no other then his ol’beste Witch Queen

I definitely don’t disagree, Nyarlathotep is absolutely a chronic deceiver so it wouldn’t be outside of the realm of possibility. This is definitely plausible; however the territory of “X is secretly Nyarlathotep tricking us” is the basis of about half the snowglobe theory. Do with that what you will.
