Elixir of Freedom now giving back health instead of stamina boost

As the title says, the Elixir of Freedom is healing instead of giving the stamina Boost

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Use Potion
  2. See Message “Regenerating” instead of Stamina Boosted
  3. No Buff
  4. rinse and repeat

Now the healing boost is really good, but we have other items in game that work as well if not better.
