EN subtitles displayed in JP environment, when interact the sphere

When interact the Sphere which locate in deepest chamber of the Vaults or near the Tower, English subtitles are displayed at Japanese environment, instead of Japanese text.
Most of these has this issue, but few spheres display subtitles properly.
Older version of Siptah didnt have this issue, maybe.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Close and interact the sphere.
