I know there’s the option to get mods and play offline or private servers. I know. But I do enjoy the illusion of a shared world on the official servers. Alas… Them building sets are so… underwhelming.
Trying to create a small village at the edge of the desert with what is officially available is a nightmare. Low tier mats, severe lack of structures (vaulted ceilings, different stairs, different awnings, roof tiles and so on).
On top of that, aside from Rough Timber and, to some extent Turanian, nothing really works for the color palette. And Turanian has not a single floor structure that isn’t overly decorated, same for walls. Also also, floors and foundations have different textures so often - with floors suffering from a border that causes everything placed on top of them to appear as if floating.
Take a set like Lost Dungeon and/or Nemedian as a baseline and add the extra structures/tiles to other sets, please. Maybe create a 2nd building set similar to Sandstone, but complete and with endgame materials?
