Tried to continue my previous game, and tried to start an online pve game. Both resulting in the message that the free trial has ended.

I am experienceng this as well as many others. A thread I noticed is that the posters are using Epic as I am.

More likely that EGS isnt transmitting purchases correctly but entirely possible its specifically a demo version
I am also affected as is my wife, both of us took the free frial and then purchased a couple days later

no one has a solution ? just wait ?

Most likely this is due to the fact that FunCom servers prioritize the free version of the game purchased during the free trial week, ignoring the purchase of the full game.

I have contacted Epic Games Store support and they advised me to first reach out to FunCom support to make sure that the issue is not on FunCom’s servers. They said that once I receive a response from FunCom support, they will remove the free version of the game from my purchases. EGS support also mentioned that they have removed the free version of the game for one player, when he asked, but the player did not provide any updates on whether it helped or not (so it’s likely that it did help).

I sent a support request to Epic Games yesterday. They fixed the issue, and I am able to play now. So, if you bought it on Epic, let them know and they should be able to fix it.

Let Epic know; they fixed it for me.
This is what they sent me:

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us at Epic Games Player Support! My name is Mayari. It is nice to meet you!

I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Due to a large influx of tickets, we are running a little behind, however, we are working hard to increase our engagement with the players.

I made changes here on my end and you should now be able to access the Conan Exiles game on your end. Please make sure to restart your Epic Games Launcher to reflect the changes.

I hope I covered everything you need. If you have other questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.

Have a great day ahead and please stay safe.

Regards,
Mayari

Let Epic know they fixed it forme today.

Today Epic fixed it for me. Let them know.

Open a support request with Epic. I did yesterday; and they resolved it today, early. I can play now with no problems.

Did you open a ticket with Epic? If so they should resolve it for you. They fixed it for me today after sending a support request yesterday.

okay i send it, thanks

EGS support fixed this for me too

EGS are actually taking their time to fix my issue, still hoping for someone to fix my account …

Hang in there. It is the weekend after all. They will fix it. It seems as if they simply remove the trial version from your account. Maybe if you are able to completely remove the trial version from your account you can fix it yourself. I don’t know if you can, but I know on Steam there is a way to remove games from your account so maybe EGS has a way for you to do it too. I suppose it is worth a try while waiting.
