Export/import token failed

Bug Description:

I tried to export my character from the official siptah server 6425. When I tried to import it to official siptah server 6424 the message to import character appeared but then a error “failure token” appeared. Now, the option to import character no longer appears and my character isn’t on 6425 either. I tried to PM the Community like another person who had the same issue was told to, but apparently because I am new I don’t have the trust level yet to be able to do it.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I exported my character from the official server 6425
I chose server 6424 to import it
I deleted my old character from 6425 and put it to recreate character
the option to import the character appeared, but it gave the error “failure token”
I closed and opened the game, but the option to import the character no longer appears

  3. Transfer server (where you were transferring to)
