The character disappeared when exporting from server 6058 to server 1300

Bug Description:

Hello, I tried to export my character from the official siptah 6058 server. When I tried to import it to the official 1300 server, a message about importing the symbol appeared, but then the error “failure token” appeared. Now the character import option no longer appears and my character is also not on 6058.



Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1I exported my character from the official server 6058
  2. Step 2I chose the 1300 server to import it
  3. Step 3I deleted my old character from 1300 and set it to recreate
    the character, the option to import the character appeared, but it gave the error “failure token”
  4. I closed and opened the game, but the character import option no longer appears

Just checked your account at it seems this character still has a 1 hour cooldown.
Can you try again after the cooldown has passed? If the issue still persist, feel free to get back to us and let us know.

I did everything as you said, waited for the coldown, repeated several times to go to server 6058 and server 1300, but the import character tab did not appear, the character is still not on one of the listed servers, what else can I do to fix this problem?

We’ve just restored your character so please access the game and make sure the character has been recovered successfully.
You should be able to see it ready for transfer so make sure you select the same server or a new one.
The character Relacs was set as ready.
