Does exquisite meat still exist in the game? My character is level 60 and has killed hundreds of creatures of every variety and used every gathering tool that exists in the game and I haven’t seen even one exquisite meat.
Doesn’t that come from baby animals? I think I remember getting some from the baby deer around Asagard….but I could be wrong.
Yes, it still exists. I get it regularly from kudos near Sepermeru using a cleaver.
Yes, Kudos are on the list in the wiki, but I’ve had no luck thus far. I don’t know if I’m just that unlucky or my game is bugged. I really was beginning to wonder if it had been removed from the game and the wiki simply hadn’t been updated. I was in need of several for a jaguar cub as the spiced version of that gives the greatest chance for a greater jaguar. I just gave up and went with the next best.
Very odd. You’re using a cleaver I assume? I don’t think it can be harvested with any other tool or at least I haven’t had any luck.
A single kudo gives generally 15 pieces of exquisite meat when using an iron cleaver.

It still exists, I have an icebox full of it. Baby animals, Kudos, etc. Sounds like you may be bugged. If your using a cleaver, try making another one and test it. I use a start metal cleaver and get plenty of exquisite meat.
I’ll try that, thanks. Thanks to all who replied. Btw, my little jaguar cub became a greater jaguar even without the exquisite meat, so it’s worked out anyway whether this continues to be a problem or not.

Exquisite meat just raise the %age to get a greater pet, but it doesn’t mean you’ll never get one without it. As with anything random you can get lucky with a greater pet with normal meat or get unlucky with a normal pet with exquisite meat. Like me. So far I can’t get a greater pet whatever the meat used.

You can get up to a 50% chance with a Frostwolf pup. There’s a chance they’ll spawn wherever greater wolves normally spawn. I’m currently working on building a new base in the northwest just below the snow line and am being plagued by greater wolves. I can’t seem to take 5 steps without being attacked by either a greater wolf, a bear, a mammoth, or a sabertooth cat. I’m trying to gather enough pets and thralls to defend the place from such fearsome neighbors.
You can get it on black rhino or the deer on desert or outside supermeru city use cleaver

That, my friend, is not gibberish. It may be silly, it may even be annoying to some, but gibberish it is not. Please don’t be overly officious. If I was the sort to create silly titles regularly I wouldn’t be complaining about being required to have a minimum character requirement. I like my titles short and to the point.
