Found the item “Eye of Set” that teaches the Set religion upon use. I’ve never seen this item in the Exiled Lands before. Is this a Siptah item or just something I had here-to-for never found? I wonder.

They are on EL too, If you kill a named priest they drop an item for that religion.
You can offer that item to another god and get 20 Zeals for it.
as others said , this object was introduced with the isle of sitpah ( since there is not npc to learn the religion from on this map ) , for the eyes of set in particular , the object was already in the game files for a long time ( anyone that has tried to spawn 1 of each object via admin panel in solo to test will tell you they were there ) , but is now used , and so appeared in the loot tables of some priests even in the exiles land ( also if you look in your altar there is a receipe to burn the offering for 20 Zeal !

so it’s not a sitpah specific item , but was introduced with it !
