Is there a spot in the exiled lands to get guaranteed tablet of derketo, skull of yog, everice of ymir etc? I get a guaranteed eye of set in sepermeru in the chest behind the altar. I just can’t seem to locate or figure out if there’s a guaranteed location for the others.

I get a lot of them as drops from the purges.
Set eyes, derketo tablets, precepts of Mitra ect

Only other guaranteed artifact that I am aware of is a Tapestry of Zath located in a chest on top of one of the pillars at Muriela’s Hope.
It is possible there are more around altars or priests spawns. They were a fairly recent addition, and I haven’t really bothered trying to find them yet.
I do have a… method for finding them though. I will take a look later if I remember.

Them pretty easily. If you’re using them for shrine fodder, they’ve been nerfed pretty heavily. They use to give quite a bit of tokens (like 10 or so I think?), but now they’re only like one I believe. I just don’t see any purpose in farming them anymore unless you’re trying to collect them for a friend so they don’t have to traverse the map.
Considering I just set up a purge base in the volcano and have 100k gold coins I think I got this lol
Strictly zeal I’m on the journey to summon a god and trying to get as much zeal as fast as possible without harvesting npcs for just one at a time
They still give 20 zeal for them minus flesh of remembrance
Hmm… I feel like I saw them not give much at all. Interesting. Wonder if they got fixed… or maybe I’m just delusional. 
Btw, there’s still a quicker way than that. Do purges and stay close enough to the action to harvest the corpses before they despawn. I’ve found that to be the MOST efficient way to get them. Bodies stack up by the dozens.
I’m probably going to just do purges and yeah I just did 4 eyes of set and got 80 zeal. Unfortunately I have an archpriest on my set altar but eyes of set can’t be used on there
Farm New Asagarth for an Ymir priest. Anastera drops pretty regularly in the middle. I did that one because I had a ton of her.
I’ve only gotten fingers and random things I haven’t dropped a single religious item. I’m on the 6th purge
No, I mean harvest them with the religious tools and you’ll get the hearts or blood or whatever you’re trying to get from harvesting corpses. Since there’s so many npcs in a purge, you’ll be able to get quite a few from each purge.

Oh I mean I can do that without doing a purge. I’m after things like eye of set that give 20 zeal at a time. The god is 500 zeal it’s better to farm the special religious stuff than to do it 1 at a time to get 30 for tier 2 altar, 75 for tier 3 then gather 500 npcs for the god. I don’t have the time or patience to farm 605 individual npcs
lol…, reminds me of the good ol days… if only you knew that struggle.
