Sorry, but I couldn’t find another already existing topic to add this to. I’ve been gone from the game for a couple of years and now I’m back. I’m trying to find the faction Herold for the insurrection. He’s not in the insurrection camp and I’ve no clue where else to look. any ideas I’d appreciate.

There is no herald for the Inssurection faction, sadly.

Factions like Insurrection or Jiang Shi do not have heralds or faction rank increase through hostile npc kils, you can only raise the ranking by doing quests for them.
