Cannot connect to server. Join session failed. If this continues to happen try restarting the game.
Restarted my game multiple times still comes up and says failed to join game blah blah blah blah blah can I connect to server blah blah blah blah restarted it multiple times. And I still can’t get into the server
Official or private? Have you looked it up on Conan Exiles Server List - Filter and search all servers - BattleMetrics to get the IP/Port and try a direct connect?
Make sure you filter it exactly or it will struggle to find the server .

Battlemetrics will also tell you if the server is offline, which happened to me last year with the same error message. Turns out the server was under attack and was constantly being taken offline. If it is offline then you can take that info to Submit a request – Funcom.
