Failed to join requested game -- MOD PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THREAD

Guys. I see several threads here with “Failed to join requested game” issues, and the threads are being locked down before anyone can answer.

I purchased this game through Steam and simply cannot log in to any servers.

Here are the troubles shooting methods I have attempted:

  1. Turned off Steam overlay
  2. Turned off Windows “Real Time” Virus Protection
  3. In Firewall allowances, I noticed for some reason that CONAN EXILES was the ONLY program that didn’t have both “Private” and “Public” checked off; it only had “Public”, so I checked off “Private”.
  4. Reboot computer
  5. Reinstall game
  6. Verify Integrity of Game Files
  7. Try logging in to the lowest ping servers
  8. Try logging in at different times of the day, and on different days, multiple times
  9. Try logging into every single available server

I have spent HOURS and now DAYS trying to solve this.

I would appreciate some help from Funcom.

try fully disabling any firewall and antivirus protection you have, and see if you are then able to connect. Not just allowing, but disabling. Theres a slight chance your router may have built in protection as well, so you may want to research port forwarding for Conan Exiles.
