I was wondering how long it takes for plants to grow and where are the settings to speed up planting because I’m playing in single player and don’t want to be playing the game forever for plants to grow nor do I want to leave my game on.

I don’t remember there being a setting for plant growth speed (sorry). But I also play in single-player and don’t remember it ever taking too long for plants to grow - might take a couple of sessions sometimes, but I generally just dumped a bunch of seeds (for the relevant plant) into a planter with a matching amount of compost and then pretty much ignored them for a bit. They always seemd to grow fast enough for my needs. If they’re taking more than a few hours (maybe 6-8 at the most - as a figure I just pulled out of the proverbial) then that might suggest there’s a problem.

There is a server setting most likely under farming lower number speeds things up
