Planters are too slow

Planters are all going at the same speed contrary to their descriptions, the cost for an improved planter is insane if the speed isn’t faster as the description suggests it is so I dunno if this is the description not being updated, a bug or it being inbalanced on cost to gain ratio.

if it was intentional I would consider rethinking it as I am going to just spam a ton of cheap planters now, if you want people using less planters you will have to have the improved ones sped up as people will be just splitting and spreading it across many for speed.

Official PVP but I also tested it with default settings in singleplayer, the only variation on planters is slot space.

Does improved compost work in standard planters? Have not tried.

potent with a lotus flower? yeah I tested this as well it works fine and goes at the same rate.

The planter speeds are supposed to be the same but an improved one grows more plants in the same time window. That’s actually why the Improved one is a better option!

But I can see why you were confused about it because the description indeed mentions speed. I’ll ask our people to tweak it to prevent further confusion.

more plants how? I have been testing it and they all produce 5 aloe in the same time period with plenty of seeds and compost I tried adding extra seeds of a different plant kind to see if that would process at the same time incase thats what you meant and that was merely added to the queue.

it seems to be all the same amount of plants (5) in the same amount of time windows

Yeah, if that was the intention, it has never worked as far as I can recall. Aside from inventory space, there is no difference between planters.

Hey, nope, it seems like we have problems with this item indeed. I’ll create a bug report for the team so they can check and see if we can prepare a fix for this.
