Greetings @Cathain ,

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Installed files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Please, also verify if you need to make a windows update as well as a Graphics Driver update.

If this issue still persists, turn off your mods or go to an official server and/or disable In-Game Full-Screen Mode to see if this is still happening.

Thanks in advance.

If this doesn’t work, try deleting everything in the logs folder (you can copy the content elsewhere in case you need it later).

This is also happening to me. I fatal at launch. Have verified files, have deleted logs

The first thing I did was to make sure Windows and the graphics driver were up to date. I then verified the files. I turned off the mods as well. Same thing is happening.

Finally got the issue fixed. I can tell what worked for me. I had contacted Nvidia about the issue since it started right after I updated the driver. They gave me a link to download a hot fix - GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 537.09 | NVIDIA which I downloaded. Just before deleting the log files I noticed that it appeared that the game could not read the graphics driver. I opened up the device manager, selecting my card and then clicked Update Driver then rebooted the system. No fatal error thus far. I hope this helps.
