How can I fix this error and why it appears?

Verification and reinstallation don’t help!

With or without mods, the game gives this problem.

I’m arriving on a continent with mods and this error is popping up. Can I just remove the error message?

If you remove all your mods and attempt to load without them, do you still get the error?
