As I wrote in the topic, fence foundations don’t snap to triangular foundations. I made screenshots.
First and second screenshot shows the problem.
On third and fourth are places where i can’t put fence foundations on my walls.
On last one is my tower and character asking for fix or change if it’s not bug.

This is intended behavior, introduced recently in the Warmaker patch which altered building placement rules for fence foundations to stop a widespread exploit. There’s no plans to revise this restriction for the time being.
Apologies for the frustration.
Maybe someone will be nice enough to mod it back into the game for the PvE crowd.
