Fix Katanas (Special attacks)

What players want:

@Katana does too much damage

My proposition here is to remove the high damage from the dash, make the dash quicker to perform and do normal damage and also allow it to cripple and apply bleed.

What FC is probably gonna do:
Nerf it to oblivion like Crom Sword.
