Can anyone confirm if the flawless version had its bonuses bumped from +2 to +3 on each piece?

me again. had the chance now to log and test on live. see the attributes for a full Flawless Silent Legion (Redeemed Legion Set). Some of the stats were increased to +3 but some remained +2. I am sorry for the misinformation in my initial post:
Chest gives +3 str and pants +3 grit.

No worries, thanks for the update and taking the time to check. I play single player and I don’t use the admin panel so I don’t really test anything until I progress that far.
