Anyone have any idea what causes this bug to happen ?
Always happens when holding a Warhammer but that might be a coincidence.

Not sure what the cause is but I’ve both experienced and seen a lot of instances. Elevator is a huge one, you can do it with no weapon equipped. Sometimes it’s being bumped or hit by players or bashes from enemies like rocknoses.
