I was wondering if anyone knows how frequently meteors fall from the sky?
It’s random but i’d say something about every 90 min.
I usually see the meteorite shower once per evening when I play for a few hours. My base is near the mounds and I enjoy it every time I see it, one of the visual things I love most in this game.

It’s random but there are multiple locations you should scope out if looking for the ore you won’t always know when they hit unless near the area of entry

If you´re in single player or happen to be admin on an online server you can use the command /meteor name and one will fall from the sky onto the player - but dont use it near buildings xD these meteors can be farmed
