Funcom Points Payment

Hey team, I bought both my wife and I some Funcom points to use on our new characters since we have just started playing again, I used the same card for both accounts, mine went through immediately but my wife’s haven’t.

When I looked at the accounts page it shows my wife’s payment as pending but both payments have been taken from my bank.

Could you either reimburse the money OR give me the points. I have raised a ticket already but feel free to reach out to me please.
