Funcom Ticket Assistance

Can anyone confirm about how long it takes for tickets to receive responses? It’s approaching the week mark with no response to my ticket (#84022)

I’m currently unable to stream the game as my Funcom ID has my personal information in it. Using streamer mode is sadly of no help as my funcomID is still displayed above my head so other streamers see this information.

I think it depends on severity of the issue and what the backlog of tickets looks like. I reported a player that was lagging our server with their base and it took about a week and a half for Funcom to take action.

A while back I reported my character lost in transfer between servers (when we could) and they responded within 24 hours.

So yeah… just depends on what the problem is and how easily it can be responded to or action can be taken, as well as how busy they are.
