It has been 3 weeks and I have no response to my ticket I submitted. I read in the forums that ticket time is around 2 to 3 weeks. My ticket was made on July 15th. Ticket #1194158

My ingame petition got resolved in ~40 days. They’ll get to it eventually
I opened a ticket in TSW a few weeks ago and they responded to it and fixed the issue I was having during the week too. Just give it a bit more time.

No idea what ticket is about but sometimes it kinda means you need to be online

I figured out what my account was and was able to log in it yesterday. Still didn’t get any response from support.
