So with the current state of Funcom support is there any way to know if your ticket is still open, in process, being ignored, in queue, etc? I’ve been waiting since 11/22 for my first update. Is there a web page to check?

Same I’ve been waiting to get a response for almost a month now. I understand they are understaffed and not allocating resources to this game, but damn anything longer than a week is getting ridiculous.
