Almost 5 days still no respond from support [Funcom Support #1220389]

I know there’s “extremely long response times” but that’s my paid game time wasting while waiting “Frozen” thingie.
So one hope someone from FC support see this and takes care.

If you have purchased game time that you have not been able to use, we will assist you once we can open your support ticket. There will be a record of any lost time and we can adjust this once we can address the reason for the account freeze.
