GAME BREAKING BUG - NOT GETTING EXP WHEN MAKING STRUCTURE FROM HOTBAR (with video proof)

This has been an issue for a while, hopefully they have it in scope for the large bug patch they’re working on.

(PC) No XP from crafting recipy in hotbar

Platform: PC Game mode: Private Testlive (Both) Version: 95365/17742 Problem: Bug Crash dump link: Not a crash, therefore no dump. There is no XP given when crafting from the hotbar. I found an old post on reddit that seemingly experienced the same thing in September 2017, so the problem might have been around for a while. No Exp when hotbar crafting

Game mode: Online - Official Server Problem: Bug Region: [Here] As far as i can tell this is gamewide. When you have a building item in your hotbar and you press it to craft you do not get the EXP, only if you inventory craft it. There are reports of this happening on console as well.
