Game Crash on Launch

I have been playing this game for a while now. Approx 1800hrs. I play online and solo all the time. Out of the blue it no longer works. When i launch the game, before it even finishes the opening scene it crashes and i get this error…

I have validated Game Files. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game (deleting the conan folder to ensure full reinstall). I have checked my C++ and is up to date. I am at a loss.

Can anyone help?

I did a reinstall of the game and still got the same error. I deleted the entire Conan file from my system to ensure it was a full install. Not sure what DDU is.
