Game Crashed Now it will not load PS4

I play offline, was travelling near the Black Galleon, I was literately just standing by the river doing nothing and the game crashed , like usual its been crashing a lot lately

Now I cannot re load my game, I have tried re starting the PS4, I have tried to log in 5 x

it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen , the bar fills up completley bur never loads the game

please tell me my game is not lost

Is it anything to do with the PSN network that has been down.

i was wondering that as well, but I play offline that shouldn’t be the issue

I really dont wanna start over I spent a month grinding

When I first started playing conan I could play offline, now I can start a map offline but am unable to load this when I next try to play this save offline,
I am on pc though.

I have tried re starting the PS4,

I’ve restarted my ps4pro and everything works.

I doubt Funcom will continue to support the ps4 as system requirements are updated. I think it is being held back for plain ps4 players.

No it is not lost, and when you are able to access it again, you should find your save game intact. I shall elaborate further in a moment. But if you are concerned for your save data, then by all means grab a spare USB and backup your save data for Conan Exiles.

Unfortunately this has been a widespread problem affecting all 3 platforms as of late, including my own game and my partner’s until the last update. While Singleplayer mode (I am also a Singleplayer) was the worst affected, Private Servers and other modes were also impacted. I assembled all the reports I could find when the issue first emerged here

We have had dozens of members, spanning all 3 platforms reporting a meteoric increase in crashes at best, and being stuck with certifiably unplayable games and losing their bases at worst. Now this one may be obvious, but I will check just to be sure. Funcom released a Hotfix which addresses this around 9 days now (below). DarthRamos are you updated to the latest version?

If you are and you are still affected, then I can only offer you some kind of generic suggestions, but I will post the list below for you. The Playstation network outage should not be impacting this. We are able to play Singleplayer in offline mode as well as online. So by rights, the only ramification from this should be that you are unable to use any Black Lotus Bazaar and Battle Pass items until it comes back on. Being a ps4 player is an issue though. To be honest, Conan Exiles has expanded a lot since it launched, and it has really begun to outgrow the ps4 and its capabilities. But I digress. Here are the basic recommendations I cobbled together for those affected by the issue. Happy to elaborate upon any of them if you would like.

Thank you Croms Faithful, have you been here a log time I seem to remember this name.
I stopped playing in 2021, just came back and boy the game is so much worse

Crashing 4-5 times a play secession, mostly around thralls, If I even looked at a dancer it would crash lol

Anyways my game was lost, never was able to get it back. I did start over, giving Conan one last chance

Before the hot Fix (yes I am current)I almost stopped playing it crashed so much, then I was like wow iys almost the way it used to be. Then Bam the crash that killed my game. I dont think the PSN network being down was an issue since i play offline

For anyone else this happens to, you can download your uploaded save files if you are uploading it. (I hope that made sense )
I have now been uploading my data after each play secession

Oh by the Way Funcom, my game has crashed 3 times at restart I dont even own thralls yet grrrrrrrrrrrr
