No it is not lost, and when you are able to access it again, you should find your save game intact. I shall elaborate further in a moment. But if you are concerned for your save data, then by all means grab a spare USB and backup your save data for Conan Exiles.
Unfortunately this has been a widespread problem affecting all 3 platforms as of late, including my own game and my partner’s until the last update. While Singleplayer mode (I am also a Singleplayer) was the worst affected, Private Servers and other modes were also impacted. I assembled all the reports I could find when the issue first emerged here
Now this one may be obvious, but I will check just to be sure. Funcom released a Hotfix which addresses this around 9 days now (below). DarthRamos are you updated to the latest version?
If you are and you are still affected, then I can only offer you some kind of generic suggestions, but I will post the list below for you. The Playstation network outage should not be impacting this. We are able to play Singleplayer in offline mode as well as online. So by rights, the only ramification from this should be that you are unable to use any Black Lotus Bazaar and Battle Pass items until it comes back on. Being a ps4 player is an issue though. To be honest, Conan Exiles has expanded a lot since it launched, and it has really begun to outgrow the ps4 and its capabilities. But I digress.
