Game crashes the router

Attempting to access any online server, official or my private g-portal, frequently results in an in-game error message related to my xbox live connection. Not only does it prevent me from playing on these servers, but it literally crashes my modem/router and knocks the Wifi out for my entire home until I reboot the router. I have this happen both on a Xbox One X and a Xbox One S. I just paid over 100.00 for the game that is not only unplayable, but also wrecks my internet connection. This means I also am unable to play single player until I reboot everything as well. I saw one person post a a comment regarding a similar issue but it never received an official response. One person blamed it on the cyber attacks that knocked out some websites recently, but that makes absolutely ZERO sense and isn’t the cause of the issues in the least. This is on Funcom’s or Xbox’s side. I’m happy to try work around a, but typical ones haven’t worked.

I’m still having the same problem! This is unacceptable! I’ve invested a lot of time & definitely I lot of money for a game I do enjoy! Please find a way to fix this for us! It would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same thing happen to me. Kicks me out of xbox live. Didn’t need to reset router, i have to restart my xbox 1 x. Takes a few minutes and is a pain. Luckily I havent lost all my stuff on dc, but once. Keep wishing they would fix this game already, but at least its some what playable now. Better then the 6 months we couldn’t play at all. Dont worry though, you wont get a response, unless its “please use tags for posts and give more info.” Or “we have sent it to our people for review.” End of communication from funcom.

That wasn’t a cyberattack at the start of June that caused global wide internet disruptions. Fastly, one of the major internet service delivery providers had a massive systems failure. Major companies like Amazon use it, so do some countries governments.Don’t you watch the news? As for Conan, singleplayer doesn’t require an internet connection at all on xbox

I play on pve server, xbox 1 x, error message you must be connected to xbox live. Goes to dashboard. No xbox live. Usually have to restart xbox to get back on xbox live. Has done this 4 or 5 times since update 2.4. Thank you for your inquiry. Have a nice day.

If I stay on a server menu for too long the game knocks out my router it gives me the message ‘lost internet connection’ , & then i spend 5 minutes reconnecting my Xbox back to the internet.
