Game requires validation after every time i launch

Game mode: single player
Type of issue: game “crash”

every time i have tried to play in single player recently the game will make me validate the files because of missing or corrupted files

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. launch game
  2. get to single game and continue
  3. game crash

this has happened for both siptah and exiled lands and i dont own any other dlc at this time

The most likely issue is that security software on your PC is locking or removing the files. Be sure to fully exclude the client from security software. (This will help to improve game performance as well.)

Also, a common fix for this (from what I’ve seen, this is just based on observations) is a complete re-install of the visual c++ distribution packages found on microsoft’s website.
