German NPCs among English-speaking ones

Official PvP server 3200
Half the NPCs’ names are in German, the other half appear normally in English.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Log in to server 3200 (perhaps others too?)
  2. Go meet NPCs
  3. Realise a lot of them are German
  4. Practise your German to try to blend in unnoticed. “Guten Tag, Herr Müller. Ach!”
  5. Run away if it doesn’t work
  6. Does this game ever work as intended?!
  7. Ach.

This seems to be an error with the server configuration. We’ll poke G-Portal about it.

I noticed the same on PvE 3020. Easy way to replicate:

  1. Set a thrall to follow you.
  2. Set ut to guard or stop following and message is shown in German.
