Get stuck inside bosses

It is very simple, when youre fighting creature/animal bosses and you get knockdown or if you rolldodge, you get stuck inside the boss and cant do shi… And since youre stuck there they kill you because blocking doesnt matter here.
This have happend both on Official when i played there + on my own private server. So it isnt any MOD related issue.
And when i am at it you could prob make so your thralls doesnt sink down under ground when fighting Dragons inside Unnamed City or Rhino King.

Played for almost 2 years now so it seems like youre only lazy to not fix these bugs.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Attack boss
2.get knockdown or rolldodge
3.Get stuck inside boss
4.Boss kill you
