GPORTAL sever just says stopping, been doing it for over an hour, can't restart, cant repair

Basically what was said above.

Was on my server. Got kicked.

Went to gportal and it just said stopping. I wait a minute, still just stopping. Tried to restart, can’t. Tried to repair, it’s dimed out and will not work.

What can I do? I can’t restart or repair the server, it’s just stopping forever. I opened a ticket so in 12 hours they will realistically ask me a single question while doing nothing so I figured I would ask here.

Did you send a ticket to Zendesk or Gportal directly? Since they’re the host, Gportal would be the one to handle it and in my experience it is much faster. They can get someone on their end to manually reboot it for you pretty quick, I’ve never had to wait more than 2 hours with them.

Give Gportal a phone call tomorrow. I have a couple times they solved the problem
