I have problems with the graphics of the game, I can not find a way to solve it …

-If I post the ultraprocessed the textures have a gritty effect.
I put it to the minimum and it seems that it is less noticeable.
-the reflections in the water are like “cut”,
When your character moves through those cuts in the water, it leaves a blurred trail.
I have reinstalled the game, the graphics drivers, I have used nvida inspector to change settings with 0 results
