Grass prevents building

Game mode: Singleplayer
Problem: Bug

Attempting to build a sandstone foundation in grass results in the error message “Building is inside collision”

Repro steps:

  1. Build a foundation.
  2. Put foundation on hotbar.
  3. Attempt to place foundation in a grassy area.
