please can anyone tell me where to get the gray lotus?

In the Arena beneath the Sink Hole are many chests containing both Gray Lotus flowers and the seeds.

Also at Xalthar’s refuge (sobek armor cave). But the arena would be my first stop too.

In addition to The Arena as @Larathiel stated, you can also find both Grey Lotus flowers and seeds in the Warmakers Sanctuary and Wine Cellar dungeons. However I would still go with the Arena, as it will net you more of each.

And the arena is a good place to get corruption too.
