Harbor of the Drowned Boss Missing

Singleplayer No Mods Updated to 2.1

Went and did the Harbor of the Drowned Vault and it seemed to have far fewer fishmen and the boss was missing at the end. The chest was good though. Spoiler: Maybe I’m not doing the vault right . Their is a pressure plate in a room with a waterfall near the end and I can’t figure out what it does. Maybe it releases the boss?

The boss sometimes disappears when going up the stairs to greet him.
Just relog and run back to the boss. It should be there.

It’s not just that one. Lots of the bosses seem to have this issue with not showing up for their appointment with your battleaxe. They must not be getting the memos.
