Been trying for some time to get “Iniz of the Furnace” . the thing is no one is spawning in her spot on the Black Galleon ??
On a similar not is the quest step for the “Shattered Scourgestone Piece” still to kill one of the two Pirate Kings in Buccaneer Bay. been killing them for some time now without it dropping .
BG has become a nightmare ~6-7 months ago… I farmed really long to get one. You should try the other camps. Probably more luck
And yeah, the Scourgestone piece is currently bugged.
I would if i could, but “Iniz on the Furnace” is the only one to get dancer gear and black hand.

And she can spawn in any BH camp…
I got her at the higher place, where you have 1 fix armorer spwan: When was the last time you saw a T4 armorer? - #187 by jot29
According all the sites i’ve come across she has only two spawn points 1st Voyager’s Vigil, 2nd is inside top-ish floor of the Black Galleon.
I have come across a few t4 armorers when i would go thrall hunting before i had to restart my game.
i had thought maybe she might be offline with the new mount / thrall update coming, but she is not a follower…
well i managed to find Irniz of the Furnace (sorry for the misspelling of her name earlier). she was found looking at some jars on the opposite side inside of her posted spawn point, on the main floor of the Black Galleon, near the emote you can learn.
didn’t necessarily want to start a new topic as the subject was mentioned earlier in post.
Is there a workaround for the "shattered Scourgestone Piece, from the Pirate King(s) ? other than admin the item in.?
Currently: nope.
Short answer: no.
Long answer: they said they would tell the devs to look into it, but that was before this whole shitstorm hit. So, no 
i’m assuming you are referring to mounts ‘n’ thrall update…
so should admin it in, or wait for the update ?
They haven’t actually promised it would be solved in the next update. It would make sense to fix it, but… you know how it goes.

Over the weekend I picked up a shattered scourge stone in the snow biome. In a new game I started .I think it was from a dragon not far from the black Yeyi. Also found a cave while in the area with the skeletal lizards. So I’m not positive witch I got it from.

Did you got through the passage to come there? Because there you get one…
But I never killed that snow dragon there…
Now I’m confused. You get the broken Scourgestone piece in the Passage, not the shattered Scourgestone piece.

Yes, you get the other one. But they are easy to mix up 
So in conclusion : the “Shattered Scourgestone” 
can drop from an ice dragon in the G,H, 11 area in loo of one of the captains at Buccaneer Bay. Yes, No ?
as i already have the stones from the Giant Crocodile in Gallaman’s Tomb. , and the Sand Reaper Hive Queen in The Passage.
