[Describe the bug here] Head gets stuck looking sideways and/or down. It seems to be common knowledge online, so I assume you are aware of it. Any info on when or if you will fix it? Love the game BTW

Welcome to our community.
We’re aware of this issue and we got a few reports about it in the past. We haven’t found any reliable repro case yet. As @Shadoza suggested, did you open the vanity mode before experiencing this problem?
