Two T4s spawn on The Black Galleon.
I think I got a T3 from The Den as well. And Sepermeru.
Be patient it will come.
Otherwise you can go to: the den (dogs of desert main camp)
Set city (supermeru, city of the relic hunters)
Lost tribe (cimmerian main camp)
New asagarth (nordheimer main camp)
So there are plenty of options for a t3 carpenters.
For t4 though, follow exnihiloish’s advice… there is only one place and that’s the one you’re in.
